I have started this blog to share with you my wellness journey. It is not just a fitness blog, or a meditation blog. It is a blog where I share what I am doing to feel more balanced, healthy and grounded. What exercises or eating habits I am changing to help me become a better healthier version of myself. A place where I can share the books I’m reading or the advice I am following from those around me that are experts in their area. I am excited for the beginning of my new adventure and happy that you are joining me and hoping you are starting yours as well.
